Coal mill oil seal

• The heavy metal housing makes the size of the seal ring very stable, especially suitable for large diameter holes and easy to install. The seal lip is sandwiched in a heavy metal housing with a finger spring. The elastic rust-proof stainless steel finger spring presses the seal lip evenly on the rotating shaft, and the dislocation and dynamic runout between the shaft and the hole are absorbed by the finger spring. The garter spring, integrated into the finger spring, responds only in the event of severe misalignment or jitter. When used with this spring assembly, the operation of the seal lip is very elastic and produces only a small radial force. The LZM oil seal is used in the axle diameter range of 200-2300mm and has been widely used in large equipment industries such as paper, aluminum, coal mills and steel all over the world, and it has proven its special value in all applications.
